Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, here's how we can help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return shipping is at the customer's cost. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We offer free exchanges on all UK orders. If you'd like a different size or colour, simply get in touch and we'll arrange it for you.

Email us at hello@baskuk.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We'll take it from there.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on swimwear or pierced jewellery.
